Help Question

The side tint, hope not the glass, is being scratched as the window goes up and down. Do I go to the dealer, maybe under warrenty?, to a glass shop, body shop, or what kind of shop for someone who knows?

It sound like you have aftermaket tint on the window. I would take the car back to where you had it tinted and see if they will replace the tint.

Factory tint is in the glass itself and will not scratch

I have the same issue - but yes, it's just the tint.
