Searching for engine compartment photos for a 68 GT500 shelby cobra with a 428 ci engine(not a cobra jet). I am in the process of restoring one and the pictures would help greatly!

You might want to try looking through the club photo's. I am sure you will find some pictures of a 68 GT500 somewhere in the gallery.

You may want to try Pete Disher's web site. It features all facts about 1968 Shelbys. He is one of the best sources for all 1968 GT 350 and 500 info. Google special paint Shelbys web site, his name, or 1968 Shelby to find it. JB:)
